What can I say about Bitsie? The girls ADORE her, Judah thinks she's the best playmate, and Tom & I have survived her! After two years I have to admit that she has improved a ton... she doesn't chew things, she sleeps a lot, and she listens almost all of the time. However, this crazy dog will still randomly potty upstairs (never downstairs - she still thinks that the second story is another yard), will sneak food off the table if you leave the kitchen for even a second, and she can't stand to be left outside alone. Thankfully she is wonderful with the kids, even when Judah pulls her tail often, and that's what is most important.
At the girls insistence we continued the dog birthday party tradition and the O'Rears were sweet enough to host this year. We are so blessed to have friends with girls who are just as dog crazy as ours! Lauren & Camryn made party hats for everyone - even Bitsie & Macy. Do we have the best daddies or what? Not everyone would be willing to wear a party hat for a dog birthday, but these guys will do anything for their girls.
