After hearing that Anna ran a couple of miles with her friends on our play date Friday because her little bike has seen too many miles, Tom insisted on going to walmart with her Saturday afternoon to pick out a bigger bike. She loves this new princess one. He also got a new back tire for the little bike so Mae could grow into it. They went around the block this morning (with Tom dragging Mae, she rides with her feet pressing back on the pedals which engages the brakes the whole way). Do you like how one of Mae's piggies sticks out of the helmet holes?
We are trying to take full advantage of the spring weather before the real TX summer arrives... we met Chantelle, Brian, & Noah at the zoo this morning. The highlights were the new penguin exhibit & the "riding horsies" which Mae asks to do about 100 times each day. It's all she thinks about lately. After the zoo we rode the trinity train, which they always love.
They look alike don't they? I love watching them play - they giggle constantly & love each other. If Brian would let Noah wear little piggies they would really look like twins!
