A Tale of Three Trees

Our church has such an amazing children's department... it's a huge part of why we love our church so much. The talented staff put together a sweet spring musical for the elementary aged kids, and both girls got to be in the chorus. Anna was also thrilled to get a speaking line as "fruity tree". They practiced every Sunday afternoon for a couple of months, and all their hard work paid off - it was precious! The plot was about God using your talents as part of His special plan for your life, even if that looks different than what you'd envisioned. We pray that our girls let that message take root in their hearts! There were touching songs, and some pure silliness with a rapping wood cutter. We'll all be singing, "how much wood could a wood cutter cut?" for a long while.



Grammy & Dingdaddy came up to watch & the girls were so excited to have them there. Angela & Ava came as well, so they had a big fan section.
