These two girls could not have been more excited about the Daddy/Daughter Dance at church this past weekend. They were asking to have their nails painted before breakfast, and all day begged to get dressed. Their handsome date came to the door with flowers & chocolate (as every good date should) - their little faces were glowing! I heard that the dance was a huge success - they told me about riding in a horse drawn carriage, dancing to the cha-cha, eating a fancy dinner with some of Anna's favorites (sunchips & chocolate covered strawberries), & doing crafts. Tom tried to slip in some encouraging words in the midst of all the fun. I pray that both girls find godly men some day as loving, kind, respectful, and sweet as their Daddy.

Don't think you could have looked the world over and found a better husband and father. So much love shows in the attention he pays to being not just a father but being a Daddy.
