He looks like a first grader to me in these pictures! Last first day of preschool for our big boy. I'm trying to treasure this last year of having him home with me- he cracks me up daily with his goofiness, big vocabulary of random words (random is one of his favorites) borrowed from his sisters' lingo, & silly dances. At the same time, a forged birth certificate saying he was actually 5 so he could go off to kinder this year would have come in handy too! He likes constant activity & interaction - this guy is going to ROCK kinder next year! He's so ready. Until then, I'll enjoy the snuggles, entertainment, & getting to exercise my brain with 10,000 answers to questions every day. He told me after pick up on the first day that he was sure we needed to go to Sonic for a treat... his teachers had told him he had the best manners (or "nanners" as he calls them) in the class. He told me in a confident voice, "They told me I had the best nanners in the class, better than all the other kids, even better than the teachers." Manners - check. Humility - we are working on that.
