FIVE?!?! No way that my little baby who refused to gain weight for several weeks (nurse, pump, bottle, repeat) has grown into a huge five year old boy! He & his bestie, Addison, enjoyed one more birthday party together with preschool friends at Altitude trampoline park. These two are still best buddies (who occasionally fight like an old married couple) & we were so glad that they could share another party - double the fun & half the work! Alyssa found sweet pics of them throughout the years to decorate with & the food was easy peasy. We actually had 2 safe families babies with us that week so I'll have to look on Tom's phone to see if I got more pictures of the party - my hands were a little full that day!
We are so very thankful for 5 years with this sweet stinker. He's full of energy, so sweet & kind, & would spend every minute of the day interacting with people. He's the most extroverted kid ever. The only thing he likes playing alone is the Wii, but also loves board & card games, legos, playing outside with neighbors, & playing soccer or wrestling with his daddy. He has a major sweet tooth & loves to eat (except for dinner time) - at his last checkup he was 51 pounds (93rd %) & 46.75 inches tall (97th %). I love getting his sweet hugs at preschool when his class passes mine, that he still will hold my hand, his huge vocabulary, & sweet giggles/belly laughs at all potty humor. He's a great gift giver, baby entertainer, & friend.
