We were starting to think that this might be our first school year with no snow days... Better late than never! We got a good bit of sleet last night so school was out for today. Our Texas kids make the best of any winter precipitation so they spent the day in an assortment of outgrown ski gear (we haven't gone in a couple of yrs... Anna borrowed my gear which is weird that she's big enough to do). They mostly shoveled ice pellets into piles, slid around on lids & other random objects, & got mounds of clothes wet & dirty. Fun! The school has already called that tomorrow is canceled as well & our forcast this week looks interesting. Daddy goes in to work on snow & ice days... we have already made homemade playdo, played Legos, & watched a movie... I think I see a Wii free-for-all in our future!
